Redwood - Hiding the “Withdraw” Button for Employees in the Existing Absences Page

We need to hide the “Withdraw” button only for employees on the Existing Absences page (Me > Time and Absences > Existing Absences > Select an absence and click the “Pencil”) in Redwood. In the responsive page, this configuration was done through Design Studio, but in Visual Builder, the configuration location is not available to separate by privilege type, for example.
