Grow Landing Page – Careers of Interest and Skills Sections Not Displaying Immediately

We’re noticing an issue with the Grow landing page in Oracle HCM where the Careers of Interest and Skills sections do not appear immediately upon page load—even when the team member has favorited careers and has skills populated.

When inspecting the page, the Careers of Interest section shows a status of blank and a time of pending, despite the data being present. The Skills section also fails to render unless the user clears their cache and refreshes the page, which shouldn’t be necessary for content that’s already populated.

Has anyone else experienced this behavior? Is this a known issue or something that might be tied to browser caching, page load timing, or a configuration setting?
