Accrual plan balance mismatch between Classic and Redwood

Summary:

We noticed differences in the amounts displayed between Redwood UI and Classic UI after an employee gets terminated

Example:


We opened an SR and then were told to "fix" our absence accrual fast formula.

Since all works and calculates well in Classic UI I am not sure what we are supposed to fix.

I have seen other articles here but they are related to validation FF and they are working well in Redwood in our case.
