Where can we find the Oracle Payroll Tax Engine tables and inputs to pass from OTL to Payroll

We have a new client that will be using the new Oracle Payroll Tax Engine instead for Vertex. The client will be overriding the work sites for on timecards (via interface), by either longitude/latitude or by postal code. The work sites will not be setup as locations in the system as the client has as large workforce that work in the field (no set location)

We are looking for the tables to pull data based on limited inputs (see above) somewhat like we used to do from the vertex tables that were we populated inputs on Timecard Elements into Payroll to override the taxation based on where the work was performed.
