What Happens When 'Talent Profile' is Enabled in Work History Subscribe Section?

Hi Experts,

In the Person Profile Type, under Work History, I noticed that the “Talent Profile” option is not enabled in the Subscribe section.

Could you please confirm what system behavior or impact occurs after enabling this option?

For reference, please find the system path and a screenshot attached below:
System Path: My Client Groups > Profile > Profile Type > Person > Previous Employment > Subscriber
