Redwood 25C - Request Feedback disable "Ask for a rating"

Does anyone know if, after enabling Redwood for Request Feedback, it is possible to

  • disable the "Ask for a rating" option or
  • set its default value to "Use a questionnaire"

We have configured the questionnaire with both questions and ratings, and we want respondents to always complete the questionnaire. Therefore, the "Ask for a rating" option does not apply to us, and we would like to disable it.
