Unable to get Application Reference (Claim Number) in the response of claim investigation on Receipt

Summary:

We have a requirement of Claim Investigation on Receipt, and subsequently retrieve the claim number after the application. However, the claim number (Application Reference) is currently not included in the response of the SOAP web service.
