Hide salary basis for Non-Integarted person type

Hello,
I have a requirement to hide/make it optional ( the salary basis ) for Non-Integrated (Associated Person Type) that falls under System person Type (Employee) . The tab is present & mandatory in the hire transaction .

Is there any way this could be achieved . Thanks
