We are experiencing an issue in Oracle Fusion Manufacturing where the system does not correctly calculate the total manufacturing time when changes are made to the standard operation resource usage and the resource efficiency defined at the work center level.

Initial Behavior (Expected and Correct):

• A standard operation is defined with a resource usage time of 1 hour and a 100% resource efficiency at the work center.
• When producing 10 units, the total manufacturing time calculated is 10 hours
