We were thinking that we would keep those in the offer stage in our old system and hire them through that route (PeopleSoft 8.9 Recruiting) and then re-enter the other open requisitions and have those that had applied re-apply through an email invitation.  Has anyone done this?  What are your Lessons Learned?
