How to remove watermark and in which table are terms & conditions stored in oracle fusion?

Summary:

We need a way to either remove 'Draft' watermark from PO and PA pdf reports or to create a custom report which will fetch terms and conditions for each BU and then add it to custom BIP report.

We want to send PO and PA PDF reports to buyers which will have terms and conditions in it but it should not have 'Draft' watermark.

We found a way to generate report without watermark but we couldnt add terms and conditions to it. So we tried to fetch the PO and PA pdf files via API/UCM, but with this approach we were able to get the report output with terms and conditions but it had 'Draft' watermark on it.
