Clarification on Facebook Custom Audience Integration and Field Mapping in Oracle Responsys
Hi Team, We have a requirement to share audiences/segmentations based on our business needs into Facebook Custom Audience.
We have already installed the Facebook Custom Audience app and configured the necessary credentials in Oracle Responsys.
We need a detailed understanding of the process, particularly regarding field mapping. Could you please help clarify the following points?
Can we configure multiple custom fields (not only email and phone) in the app configuration? If yes, where can we set them up?
If a segmentation contains 10 fields and only email is selected in the app configuration, how does the integration determine which values to pick?
