How can we keep offering descriptions visible to employees in Oracle HCM after they enroll?

Summary:

Once an employee enrolls in an offering the description goes away. Some of the offerings need to have that description available to employees after enrollment. How can we show this description to offering level as well?

This is what it looks like if they look at it from their learning experience page after enrolling, the description is no longer there.
