Instructors & Classrooms should not visible if they are not available

Summary:

Hi Team,

We have a requirement that while creating the Instructor Led Activity under the Instructor Led / Blended Offering, we have option to select the instructors, classrooms from the drop down list. We could see that there are some instructors and classrooms are not available for this ILT activity since they are blocked for another ILT activity at the same time and the same place. Instead of having the instructor & classroom with not available captured in the drop down list, is it possible to make those unavailable as not visible in the drop down list to avoid selecting these values.
