How does the Probation Information flow into Core HR ?

When we create a new position using the Redwood page, we can see fields for probation period and frequency. I’d like to understand how the data entered in these fields flows into Core HR — where exactly does this information appear? Does it require any specific setup or integration, or are these fields intended for informational purposes only?
