How do your HRBPS document notes in Talent Review?

We are trying to increase adoption of our Talent Review module but there is no easy way for HRBP's to document notes from the session on ROL, IOL, Development, and potential. What creative ways have you found to document these items in Oracle? The overall notes on an individual is not user friendly and they want to be able to document notes by the item being discussed.

If HR had the ability to edit the comment box directly in the meeting it would be a HUGE gamechanger for us!
