How Accrual or Incentive details gets stored on Order

in Channel Revenue Management

Summary:

All orders are created from CPQ using Create Order API, for Ship&Debit, Accrual information is not picked due to QP_Accrual (Charge component) are not stored.

Need to understand How Accrual or Incentive details gets stored on Order when orders are created manually,

Below screenshot is the order created manually and accrual or Incentive details are picked

In order to pass these information from CPQ to OM, is there any or which API will help to fetch information from CHRM programs and provide as input to create orders from CPQ
