Can not add additional line to PO if original requisition linked order line is cancelled

Summary:

In Classic page we had the ability to add additional lines to the PO if the order line linked with requisition is canceled at PO level. But in RSSP its not allowing us to edit the PO if the requisition linked PO line is cancelled .

For example , requester created a requisition with one line and same has been converted into PO , Later in SSP user use to edit the order from requisition

screen and added 5 additional line in the PO. Later they canceled the first line , Even after doing that in SSP user use to edit the order and do additional change order as per their need .
