Review Supply availability

Dear All,

User is unable to search the data on 'Review supply availability;' form, not sure what Privilege is stopping him and giving him the below error. AFter h hit the search getting the below error and in search LOV also no item is coming.

Added the following Privileges to his user account however still he is getting the same error.

View supply Orders (DOS_View_supply_orders_priv)

Manage Supply Request Exceptions (DOS_Supply_Request_Exceptions_PRIV)

Please suggest what is missing for him
