Is it possible to display selfservice purchase requisition line level DFF fields on the delivery tab

Summary:

We have created 2 new DFF's at self service purchase requisition line level to capture additional information on the line level itself where user is going to select values from LOV manually during requisition creation

We have requirement to see this 2 new DFF fields on the delivery tab as well. Is this possible?
