We are currently using Taleo version 7.5. As we have been doing our monthly reporting, we noticed that our numbers for rescinded and reneged offers has been very high. After careful research, the offers that have been rescinded or reneged have maninly been due to mistakes made on the offer letter i.e. wrong salary amount, contact person changed, forgot to include a loyalty agreement, ect. This creates multiple letters that were not truly rescinds. This also throws off our reporting because the total numbers that we receive for rescinded or reneged offers are incorrect.
