Clarification on What the Experience Tab Displays in the Connections Page

Summary:

In the Connections page, under the Experience tab, we would like to confirm how the system determines the job information that is displayed for an employee.

Specifically:

• Does the Experience tab display details based on the employee’s latest assignment (e.g., the most recent job change)?
• Or does it display data starting from the employee’s first assignment in the organization?

We want to understand how Oracle HCM calculates and presents this information so we can ensure that the data shown aligns with our internal reporting and employee profiles.
