How to modify warning or error message in Redwood UI

In Redwood UI, is there an option to modify the information or warning or error message. In Responsive UI, we can modify messages through Manage Messages task. However, Redwood UI messages are not available in Manage Messages Task.

Responsive UI: Hire an Employee page - Person Duplicate check displays the following message. "If one of these people is the person you’re adding, select the person. Else select no match. (PER-15332260)". This message is available in Manage Messages task - PER_PERSON_EXISTS_MATCHES.

Redwood UI: Hire an Employee page displays the Duplicate Check message with different text. "If the person you're adding is one of these people, select the entry to see what you can do next. If not, continue with hiring the new person".
