Customer Program did not calculate Accrual
We have a customer volume program defined with the following rebates:
- 0 - 500,000 - 0% rebate
- 500,000 - 1,000,000 - 1% rebate
We created a sales order for $400,000 and invoiced it.
Submitted the following scheduled processes:
- Load Transactions
- Create Accruals for Volume Programs
- Update Customer Accruals Summary
The system did not create any accruals.
My expectation is that the system will calculate a 1% accrual under the assumption that the customer will meet the Tier, and if the customer does not meet the Tier target of $500,000, the system will reverse the accrual.
Please suggest if this is the system's standard behavior of not calculating accruals until the customer's sales reach $500,000
