How to configure seniority date based on grade

Hi All,

We have migrated seniority dates page from V2 to V3 Now we want to configure seniority date based on Job

As per customer under seniority dates page the page should calculate employee's length of service in current Grade

Can you please suggest how to do this configuration step by step What is the output for this?

Please suggest on this.

Note: We are also in redwood screen now.
