Configuration in FSM is no longer possible

in Self Service Procurement

Summary:

Regarding "Purchase Requisition Approval," we are no longer able to configure it in FSM.

After adding a participant to the HeaderPostApprovalStage in the BPM Worklist, the following message appeared, and the approval configuration screen in FSM is no longer accessible:

There was an error in processing the approval task. This error often occurs when you create or edit participants in the BPM worklist. Remove any new participant and any changes to existing participants in the BPM worklist and return to this page.

We were informed that if there are changes made in the BPM Worklist, the settings cannot be verified in FSM.
