How to extract a report or excel for "ApprovePlanVersion" Project budget Approval Rules

We have set up hundreds of rules for "ApprovePlanVersion" (project budget related) in BPM worklist.

Business would like to see those rules in an excel format or a report via Data and Analytics with sql query.

Is there a way to either export all the rules to excel or a sql querty to view those rules easily?
