White blank window popping up when I click on subinventory filter in Inventory Transactions(Redwood)

Summary:

When I go to Inventory transactions -> Completed Transactions in inventory management (Redwood) and try to filter the transactions by the subinventory, I get white pop up on the left hand side corner instead of subinventories LOV. Attaching the screenshot. Has anyone faced the similar problem in Redwood?
