Clarification: Do HTTP Allowlists Apply to Outbound (Egress) Traffic?

Hi Oracle Integration team,

The documentation for Oracle Integration (OCI) describes HTTP allowlists in the "Configure an Allowlist" guide and the "Control Network Access" section as mechanisms to restrict inbound traffic from the public Internet, service gateways, and API gateways.

However, it’s not clearly stated whether these allowlists also apply to outbound or egress traffic originating from the Integration instance.

For example, outbound traffic (to fetch events or call external services) is documented to use private endpoints, NAT gateways, or connectivity agents, but the role of HTTP allowlists in that context is not described.
