Filters available in product management Redwood screen in English is not available in German Screens

All the filters available in product management Redwood screen in English is not available in German Screens.

In English Redwood screen for PIM, we can see multiple filters like Match Item Number, Primary UOM, Item Class, Organization.

But when logged in using German login, these filters are not at all available anywhere. Can someone please suggest a solution.

The Filter button in the German screen, does not display any other options which says "Main"
