Cannot terminate pending worker relationship

Summary:

We have a pending worker that is a no-show and we do not want to cancel the work relationship, otherwise this user will not be disabled from Active Directory. When we go to the Redwood Terminate Employment page, it says: "Sorry, this employment info isn't available".

During a test in a lower environment, I observed that if the pending worker had prior employment history with us, the termination process could be successfully executed.
