How to Hide Performance Rating in My Activity Center

Is there a way to hide the Performance Rating in the top summary section of My Activity Center? I don't see the option in VB Studio.

We are finding during testing that when an employee clickcs on the Performance Rating on the My Activity Center page in that top summary section, it takes them to the Talent Ratings page which is then blank. I tried adding aggregate privileges that only exist in the line manager/HR Specialist role and HCM Integration Specialist role (View Talent Ratings and Use REST Service - Talent Ratings and Read Only version I found on another post) , but that didn't resolve the issue with the Talent Ratings page.
