Trying to Report on Goals Created from Library

in Performance Management

Summary:

I am trying to report on Performance Goals created from the Goal Library vs added by worker from scratch. After looking around I thought I should be able to do this by querying HRG_GOALs for REFERENCE_CONTENT_ITEM_ID or REFERENCE_GOAL_ID , or even using an OTBI analysis to find both of those. I haven't been able to get any data to return for those columns using either method however. I'm getting all the other relevant columns but nothing comes back for Reference Item Identifier or Reference Goal Identifier.

Is anyone reporting on these currently?
