Where Is My Technian URL changed from "w." to "g3." and no longer working
Summary:
We are about to implement Where Is My Technican and last week during our testing, the URL path is always:
https://w.etadirect.com/<token> — and it was working correctly where WIMT is being displayed.
Starting this Monday (10/27), during testing, the URL path changed to:
https://g3.etadirect.com/<token>
And when accessing this new link, it displays a “503 Service Temporarily Unavailable” error.
If there's a changed to g3, why the WIMT is no longer accessible?
Note that we are not using custom domain pr branding..
