Masking Customer Contact Information After Production to Test Cloning

Hello Team,

Is there a way to achieve below requirement during the Production to Test instance cloning activity.

After cloning the Production (PROD) instance to the Test environment, all customer email addresses and phone numbers must be masked or replaced with dummy values to protect data privacy and prevent any unintended communication from the Test environment
All customer email addresses should be replaced with dummy/test email IDs (e.g., test_user@dummyemail .com or masked@testinstance .local).
All customer phone numbers should be masked or replaced with a default placeholder (e.g., 9999999999 or 0000000000).

Please provide the steps to achieve above requirement
