I can't access my tenancy

I'm using Oracle Always-Free account for years. I can't access my tenancy from yesterday.

I entered my cloud account name, and when I tried to log in with my email and password, I received the error: “Invalid username or password.” I’m sure my credentials are correct, and I’ve also enabled 2FA with Oracle Authenticator.
I haven’t received any notifications about account suspension or similar issues. When I try to reset my password, it says an email was sent — but I never receive any message from Oracle (I’ve checked the spam folder as well).
