What is the role and privilege used to reverse receipts in Oracle Fusion?

I want to remove access from a role so that users cannot reverse receipts in Oracle Fusion.
To achieve this, I need to know which privilege controls the ability to reverse receipts, so that I can remove it from the assigned role.
