Requisition Approval Email Report - changes not reflecting

Summary:

We added Supplier Name in the Layout of Requisition Approval Email Report. The change has been done a few hours ago and changes are not reflecting when testing. I saw a similar issue here but that was back in 2020, says there that we need to wait 24 hrs for changes to reflect. I am asking this if this is still the case this 2025?
