Managers should not view additional information on team absence records

Summary:

Managers should not view additional information section on team absence records, but I cannot create conditions for the business rule (Visual Builder).
By hiding the Additional Information section on the "Existing Vacation & Absence" page of the My Team menu, the same adjustment impacts the Me > Vacation & Absences > Add Vacation & Absence menu.

Since the manager is also an employee, they can still view the additional information when recording an absence through the Me > Vacation & Absences > Add Vacation & Absence menu, but they cannot view the additional information section recorded by the team.
