Ability to qualify suppliers even if supplier is inactive

Hi,

We’d like to check if it’s possible to run Supplier Qualification initiatives for suppliers that are inactive.

Right now, the customer can only send initiatives to prospective suppliers or to spend authorized suppliers that are active.
When a spend authorized supplier becomes inactive after the qualification period expires, the system blocks new initiatives from being sent.

Is there any setup or workaround that allows sending qualification initiatives to inactive suppliers, without having to change their supplier status manually?
