FYI notification based on Purchasing Requisition amount

We currently have an approval group to approve Requisitions based on Requisition header amount. No we are opting to only have a FYI notification for the same approval group based on the same Requisition header amount.

I have observed that FYI participants can be created in BPM and select Assignees Asignees based on "Approval group"; no decision table or general rule are needed, but there is no option to add the the amount to send the notification from.

is there a way we can create this FYI rule?
