OIC PGP Decryption Error (Gen3 Migration) - InputStream parameter1 is null

We are facing an issue with PGP decryption where OIC stage file decryption is failing with the below error:

'Cannot invoke "java.io.InputStream.markSupported()" because "<parameter1>" is null'

We are using the correct algorithm SHA-512 and AES-256.

The key is encrypted by an external financial tool and OIC decryption is giving the error. If I encrypt the file using Kleopatra, OIC is able to decrypt it successfully.
