How to create plan order in bulk ?

Hi experts,

We want to manually create plan order in bulk (specifically plan order to create transfer order).

We have interorg transfer set up in inventory module, but sometimes clients want to create requisitions to transfer the items. And since inventory modules cannot do both transfer order and using interorganization transfer for the same orgs, we want to use transfer order from planning module (it doesn't require set up).

But it can be done manually (one item per transactions). Is there any templates FBDI or place to upload the plan order in SP to do bulk upload ?
