What is the Keywords field logic while searching the Supplier in Manage Supplier?

I have two suppliers ABC Corp America and ABC Corp Americas (USA Company) but when I put ABC Corp America in Keywords field that time I get only one option in search results which is ABC Corp America and not ABC Corp Americas (USA Company). So my question is I am using the keywords which are common in both the supplier name but I am getting only one result is there any specific reason ?
