in HCM Experience Design Studio: Autocomplete Rules

Hello Experts,

I have opened HCM Design Studio from sandbox to make some Validation on Document Of Record using Auto Complete Rule.

but i couldn't find Document Records task in (Transaction Design Studio « Actions) as well Auto Complete Rule task not found too
