User cannot delete feedback in redwood

I have launched the feedback centre work area. However a HR specialist cannot seem to delete or revise feedback, even though they have the option to do it.

Once the user selects 'delete' the page just renders back to the previous view and no feedback is deleted.

If they select revise feedback and enter a comment and selects submit

the feedback stays in complete state(when it should move back to in progress)
