Hi Team,

In a custom BI report, when we schedule it for a large dataset (which typically runs for about 20 minutes) with the output format set to Excel (.xlsx), the report completes successfully and generates the output as expected. However, when we try to republish the same report, it fails with the following error message:

“Report data size exceeds the maximum limit (524,288,000 bytes). Stopped processing.”

This issue occurs for both Excel(which was generated earlier when scheduled) and PDF formats.

Our requirement is that users should be able to schedule and receive the report in Excel format, but later, for audit purposes, the same report needs to be available in PDF format. When attempting to republish it as a PDF, the process fails with the above error.
