WHY is difference between PREDICTIVE PLANNING and Auto-predict results

in PBCS custom application, we have run Predictive planning (From data form), v/s Auto-predict —- both have shown model being used ARIMA

Question 1) then why if you see in the graph below the results of prediction are different?

GREEN line —- PREDICTIVE PLANNING ON THE DATA FORM

RED line —- PREDICTION SCENARIO (using auto-predict job)

Question 2) WHY IS BEST CASE Coming as more negative than PREDICTION? and why WORST CASE coming as less negative values than PREDICTION (should it be other way round)?
