Default PhysicalMaterialReturnRequiredFlag to "N" on Create New Receipt Return Redwood page in VBS

Hi,

We want to remove default value of PhysicalMaterialReturnRequiredFlag to "N" instead of "Y" on Create New Receipt Return Page Redwood Page. We also want to disable the field from UI.

We disabled it through VBS and published the changes, but the changes are not reflecting. Can you please suggest what can be done to achieve this?
