Is there a way to automate the configuration steps when there is a new entity COA value?

When there is a new entity value that feeds into ERP from EDMCS, we then complete the required configuration steps for the new entity, such as Manage Legal Entity, Assign Legal Entity, Assign Balancing Segment Value to Legal Entities, etc. Is there any way to automate these configuration tasks when a new entity value populates in the chart of accounts?
